- How many students can the house accomodate?
8 students, 2 per room. All 8 students must agree to share the house with each other.
- Can one have a private room?
Yes, however one would be paying double rent and utilities.
- How long is the lease?
12 months, currently it begins August 1st.
- Can one start the lease at another time?
One can begin renting at another time by taking over a lease from a student who is leaving early, but the lease will still end in July and the person will need to go through the application process.
- Can a group or a student reserve a space in advance?
Yes, just contact us.
- Does the house come furnished?
No, except for refrigerators, stove, oven, washer and dryer.
- Do the tenants pay for utilities and yard care?
The tenants will pay for gas, electric and water. Landlord will take care of trash, internet and yard.
- Are pets allowed?
No
- Is smoking allowed?
No
